Year: 1 Season: Spring Weather: This years spring is a good one – The weather isn’t too hot or too cold, and instead it lies comfortably in-between the two. New plants and flowers are blooming all over the town, which is particularly noticeable in the recently replenished outskirts of town. The occasional rainstorm will roll over town, but other than that, you can enjoy a comparatively pleasant season this time.
Welcome!
Welcome to Dog Eat Dog! We’re a newly opened roleplay focused on the streets of a city far in the future, which humans have abandoned due to the results of biological warfare. The canines left behind were under the impression that the lingering diseases left behind were harmless to their own species – But were soon to be proved wrong.
Now, murderous and bloodthirsty diseased dogs roam the streets, lurking in the darkness, shadows of what they once were. How will you survive in a city where your best friend could change overnight? Is there really any safe place left? It’s up to you to find out, even if the hard way…

The Rules I know they’re boring, but the rules are a fundamental part of any site and love them or loathe them, you have to follow them. I would advise reading these before joining so you know what you’re in for. Moderators: Vixxy, a n o o !, xx.alacazam

Questions, Comments and Suggestions I think the name of this board is pretty self explanatory – Got a question that needs answering? Something you just have to say about the site? A suggestion to make it better? Tell us all about it here. Moderators: Vixxy, a n o o !, xx.alacazam

Character Updates (3 sub-boards) All character-related updates will be posted here – But not by me, by you. Things like character deaths, birthing alerts and fight notifications should all be made in here so staff can attend to them accordingly. Moderators: Vixxy, a n o o !, xx.alacazam
Character Logs If you want to keep track of your characters, it’s best to make a log for them. You don’t have to, but the option is there. Please, keep it to one thread per person! Moderators: Vixxy, a n o o !, xx.alacazam
Vagus History Museum The museum is now obviously empty, although the large monuments found inside remain standing, eerily quiet in the large, grandiose building. Skeletons of unidentifiable animals stand lonely in large viewing rooms, and in all the space it’s now a good place for a pack to set itself up.
Greenview Hotel The hotel has long been cleaned of guests, and now the hundreds of rooms remain quiet and dilapidated. Some of them are locked, but you can enter quite a few of them and have a (Reasonably) nice bed to sleep on. The large downstairs lobby makes for a great meeting place.
Old Cineplex This cinema now stands along and empty, although even in the time when the humans worked here it was never that busy. A few cinema screens fill some rooms, but other than that, it’s just kind of empty. Hundreds of chairs face the blank monitors like soldiers, and even though they might be a little threadbare they can provide much needed comfort.
Metro Subway Trains stopped running through here long ago, and in the cold underground they now stand silent and still. Electricity stopped getting routed to this place long ago, so it’s very quiet and dark. Some of the doors have been ripped off so you can get inside them, and if you work hard enough, you can even manage your way down into the deep tunnels that lay at the ends of the platform.
Stone Plaza Since the city was emptied, this plaza in the middle of town now stands almost scarily quietly. In the middle of a square stands a tall statue of some un-named human, but it’s a nice place for dogs to gather and socialise. Moderators: Vixxy, a n o o !, xx.alacazam
Rusty's Junkyard The junkyard is no longer growing thanks to the humans litter, but instead it now stands stinking on its own, rotting garbage from years back still sitting here. There’s even the occasional rusted car, which provides a great place to rest. Moderators: Vixxy, a n o o !, xx.alacazam

The Sewers The sewers are, unsurprisingly, not a very nice place. A ladder leads down here and once the ground levels out again you are left with miles upon miles of seemingly endless tunnels, filled with all kinds of nasty things. In a place as filthy as this, illness spreads fast, and so it has a particularly negative stigma attached to it due to the diseased canines in the city. Moderators: Vixxy, a n o o !, xx.alacazam

Mark's Food Market The food market is now empty, and any food you find here is likely to be severely rotting and inedible. However, the many stalls and remaining human crafts are interesting to look at, and it’s another place where dogs come to meet others. Moderators: Vixxy, a n o o !, xx.alacazam
Friendly Paws Pound The name of the pound is pretty deceiving. When it was in service, dogs dropped off here were rarely treated adequately and were put down with more haste than would be called acceptable. Now, however, the cells are empty, and stray canines are free to wander down the halls and see the rooms that once instilled such terror in them. Moderators: Vixxy, a n o o !, xx.alacazam

Tulip Park Tulip Park was once beautiful, especially in the warmer months, and flowers would bloom all over the neatly trimmed fields. However, now it has descended into dilapidation, and whilst the flowers remain all sorts of wildlife has grown over it. An abandoned playground lies at one end of the park, and there’s a lake in there somewhere, too. Moderators: Vixxy, a n o o !, xx.alacazam
Forest Meadows Forest Meadows seem to stretch on for miles, and maybe they do if you go far enough. The terrain ranges from long, lush grass to small patches of forest, and flowers seem to grow all over the lands in spring and summer. It’s a lovely place to come visit and relax. Moderators: Vixxy, a n o o !, xx.alacazam
The Old Farmhouse The old farmhouse stands all alone in the vast countryside, and the small cottage that once belonged to a farmer who lived here is no deserted. You can enter the house quiet easily as most of the entrances have rotted away, but around the grounds there are also things like a large barn to keep you amused. Moderators: Vixxy, a n o o !, xx.alacazam
Hangman's Woods Hangman’s Woods are quite scary in the right sort of light, particularly as sunlight really has to struggle to reach the moss-covered floor. Tall pine trees tower overhead, and it’s hard to ever really tell what’s lurking in the shadows… Moderators: Vixxy, a n o o !, xx.alacazam
Crystal Lake Crystal Lake resides in the middle of a group of trees, and it’s a beautiful place. Deep blue waters stretch across the vast lake, and they supply a bounty of fresh fish and other easy prey. The shores are even lightly coated with sand, making it an overall pleasant place to visit.
